PRAXIA Energy's spin-off is on the verge of entering the BME Scaleup market, demonstrating its financial strength and the confidence of investors in its photovoltaic structures which, in the case of Simply Solar, range from solar canopies or PV Carpots, to fixed solutions for ground-mounted photovoltaic projects, where Simply Solar offers two-year financing with an agile due diligence process. “The idea is simple and effective: we design and manufacture canopies and photovoltaic structures all over the world, with very competitive prices, a 30-year guarantee and 2-year financing,” explains Pablo Cuesta, CEO of the group.

What does it mean?

Being a listed company means financial and image support, which helps us to grow internationally,” he says. The BME Scaleup is the stock market aimed primarily at companies with a proven and scalable business model in any sector. Simply Solar's trajectory has been meteoric, driven mainly by the guarantee that the company offers in its solutions, the financing facilities and the competitiveness of the solutions that are wind tunnel tested.

With Simply Solar we focus on two key areas: photovoltaic canopies, which are growing worldwide due to their great advantages, and financing (at no additional cost) for canopies and photovoltaic structures in general. Solar PV is the cheapest generation technology in most countries in the world, and with our focus on exports we want to grow by offering good prices, a solid guarantee and financing,” says Pablo.

Simply Solar has the support of PRAXIA Energy, which is its main shareholder, to support a strategy that is being backed by good results, which has enabled the spin-off to pay dividends to its shareholders since its founding in 2021.
